Challenge response - do they work better than Mailwasher

I'm fed up of constantly updating/creating filters, blacklisting domains
(only for them to be changed) , etc, etc.

Would a Challenge Response solution do a better job, or at least need less
'administration'?

I'm told from some people that they just create more 'traffic' and can cause
harm to genuine users who have their email address 'hijacked'

You don't need to use filters.
You don't need to bounce email.
You don't need to sort or delete any email.
You don't need to use black and white lists.
You don't need to buy sophisticated software.
You don't need to block IP's, countries, or domains.
